With his vast experience in the area of testing and personnel the response to this seminar was beyond expectations and the demand for the Performia Seminar is higher than ever. To meet this growing demand Marten Runow started training other Performia Staff who had shown great results in their own production and evaluation and now Performia Seminars are being delivered by 8 people around the world.
The Performia Seminar can be delivered for 10 days, 8, 5 and even 3 days. The level of information acquired varies depending on the length of the seminar, but already after 3 days companies experience a big difference in production and also it straightens out their hiring lines.
While Performia will help a company by testing and evaluating the results of the candidates, most companies eventually want to learn how to handle the process, including the online system, themselves and thus attend the Performia Seminar. It is most common that an executive or owner first attends a shorter seminar themselves to get a good understanding and then sends their Hiring Manager for the longer seminar. In some countries we also deliver the training online, complete with drills and practicals.
