Mr Marten Runow has worked in the field of hiring for over 20 years, specializing in the use of testing for this purpose. We use mainly Personality analysis, but also many other tests such as Leadership index, Performance checking, IQ, etc, in order to find the best candidates to help our clients hire only productive people, ones who will be assets to their business.

Performia was founded in 2001 by Mr. Marten Runow in order to help businesses around the world attract, select and hire productive personnel in order to expand their companies.
